Our Technologies At Formicary we pride ourselves on our experience with many different technologies. We can develop your solution in Java/J2EE, Microsoft .NET (C# or Visual Basic), C/C++ or even Mac OS X applications using Apple's development tools and Objective-C.

That said, we obviously have our preferences when it comes to selecting technologies and we always like to use the right tool for the job. We prefer to develop server based applications using Java as we feel it the most mature technology for this use with far and away the largest available collection of third party libraries - with most of them free and open source. For desktop application, however, Windows rules the roost and there is no better way right now to develop Windows applications than C# in Visual Studio.
